The first row introduces the full version of the F major chord, which requires an extra note on the fourth string. Adding this note can be difficult for beginner guitar players, which is why we learned the three-note F chord first.
The next chord is G minor, which once again requires a barré, this time covering three strings. The diagram indicates to use the pointer/index finger, but feel free to try other fingers. Also notice that the two chords below G minor are the same chord shape/pattern only moved to different frets.
Be sure to exclude any strings marked with an X, as these chords can sound especially bad with those unwanted strings added.
